    Heather Juliani brings passion and commitment to every transaction. She has been Joe’s partner in real estate and in marriage for over 2 decades, working side by side to bring clients a full service real estate experience. She has a tireless work ethic and is known for her effective communication and lightning-fast responsiveness.

    In addition to her career in real estate, Heather is a market partner in a hair, skin and wellness company where she gets to fulfill her passion for helping others so they can live their best lives. She is also a published author of recipe books, re-creating ordinary fattening recipes into healthy versions that are quick and easy to make at home.

    Heather also enjoys giving back– some of her favorite charities are military charities like Patriotic Service Dog Foundation and Save The Brave, as well as first responder organization The Resiliency Project.

    Mikki has been licensed since 2004 and received her Broker license in 2011. She is extremely proficient on the contracts and disclosures and takes pride in keeping up with all the latest forms, and classes offered by California Association of Realtors.

    In addition to being a valuable asset to Juliani and Associates, Mikki trains and mentors agents on the real estate contracts, disclosures, negotiations with repairs and all aspects of transaction from start to finish. Mikki has the unique ability to effectively handle multiple files at one time, has strong communication skills as well as extensive knowledge on escrow and lender practices.
